Originally from Zimbabwe, Andrew spent over 20 years running his own recruitment and human resources firm. In partnership, he developed this business into a regional consultancy operation throughout central and southern Africa. Prior to this he worked in the allied medical field as an Orthotist and Prosthetist and in the pharmaceutical industry for several years.

Andrew has a professional yet empathic personal approach and is passionate about working with individuals who are hungry for personal growth and development though increased insight and understanding. A strong believer in the importance of work life balance, his inter-personal style primarily incorporates both a psychodynamic psychotherapy and cognitive-behavioural therapy approach.
