Working professionally and ethically, we aim to provide a quality service based on the following practice guidelines.
Am I assured of confidentiality?
All client work remains confidential. To ensure safety and professionalism we are committed to ongoing clinical supervision. In this case, where client material may be referred to, client identities are safeguarded and anonymity assured. The only exception to maintaining client confidentiality would arise should a client may be at risk of causing harm to themselves or others.
What is your Code of Ethics?

How often do I need to come in?
Both the client and therapist enter a commitment to meet at a regular time, usually weekly, although in some cases this might be fortnightly or monthly depending on affordability, availability, and stage of therapy work. This regular appointment time is then “owned” by the client.
What are your fees?
$170 per session, which is between 50-55 minutes in duration.
Is there a cancellation policy?
Our cancellation policy requires 24 hours’ notice be given otherwise a full fee will be charged for the missed session. However, where possible, every effort will be made to reschedule missed appointments within the same week.
When are you available for seeing clients?
Andrew is available to see clients on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Friday mornings.
Where are you located?
Our comfortable rooms are situated close to the motorway (Northcote offramp) with easy access from the city or North Shore.
Do you have parking?
Yes, free onsite parking is available.
Do you do online sessions?
While we prefer meeting in person, particularly in the initial stages, we appreciate this does not suit everyone and so are available for online sessions via Zoom or skype (or other virtual online platforms) if required.
